From Tuesday the 3rd of October to June 2024, Sara Kadar will be running her weekly bilingual yoga sessions in An Croí from 7.30-8.45pm.
No previous experience is needed to take part and the sessions are 16+.
Equipment is provided and there is no set fee, though donations are welcome!
